Giveaway!!

Today is the day of my first ever giveaway!! I'm quite excited and hope you are too. As stated last Friday, I made two more bows and two more butterflies and I'm very pleased with how they turned out. Each pin is designed, cut and finished by me and for protection sprayed with a sealer to lock in the color.

I don't know what's in my water at the moment,

but I don't think i've ever been so productive in my life!

I've been working on some illustrations for my new website

and strangely finished most of it yesterday.

Today I still had the bug so did the above portrait

of little miss LoveMore, gorgeous girl that she is.

Albeit, you can't quite tell from this pic -

apart from those amazing legs!

However, this little creativity spurt is about to end.

I'm off to Melbourne tomorrow so won't be doing alot

aside from shopping, dinner, exhibitions and visiting friends!

Blustery Sundays

Saturday's gorgeousness was swept away by Sunday's blustery winds. The weather reminded Cole and I of our college study abroad in the UK...cold, rainy, windy, but gorgeous. We decided to keep it local and do some more touring in our town. I can seriously never get enough of the beauty Marblehead has around every corner. When we move in August, I am going to be choking back heaving sobs. So in order to soak up as much beauty as possible, we decided to take a walk down to Gas House beach and, since it was low tide, continue onto the little island.

Ahhhhhh! Thanks to 'Anonymous' I have learnt that these are actually NOT Balenciaga (MK tricked us all!) I'm very confused, because I'm sure all of the magazines around this time were calling them a Nicholas Ghesquiere creation?? Anyway, 'Anonymous' pointed out that the Balenciaga beauties have a much bigger platform, and LOOK - they do! Apparently the above boots are by Sam Edelman.. HELP! We've got some investigating to do! x

Where's the Beach?

Well, we didn't end up going to the beach yesterday. Since we're moving in two months, I decided not to buy the town beach pass this year. I was hoping we could sneak in before they start charging, but alas, we didn't get our act together in time. Thankfully, all was not lost.

Instead, we decided to explore the Weir Hill reservation in North Andover. After hiking up a seriously steep hill, thinking I was going to have a heart attack, we were rewarded with a glorious view. Taking a breather and some pics, we headed back into the woods to find our way to Lake Cochichewick, where we found a little secluded beach to cool our feet and the perfect branch to climb on.
