THE BRIEF
Dazed staffers chose 10 of their best/fave covers from the decade,
and called out to all illustrators to have a go at recreating
one (or all) of them, in their own individual style.
The only catch was that it had to be entirely illustrated.

Clearly I was going to choose the Kate Moss cover!
I'm sure you can imagine the squeal that escaped from me
upon reading about this little project:
Magazines, Mossy and Illustration.
HELLO!
There are SO many amazing entries though!
From Beth Ditto to Michael Jackson to Donnie Darko.
There's a cover star to suit everyone - and just as many
illustrative styles to go with them!
These two are my faves:
The winning illustrator, as chosen by Dazed, will be commissioned
to create something for an upcoming issue.
My fingers are most definitely crossed, but I won't be holding my breath!
Although, if you don't mind crossing your fingers for me too, then please do :)
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to contribute to Dazed!

P.S The 'Dazed' logo went a bit mad - I cut a stencil out of paper and then
dabbed watercolour in it, but it came out kind of leaky and messy.
But I think I kind of like it? Weird for me I know!
The 'Confused' bit was too tiny to cut out - so that's a regular digital stencil.
