THAT IS THE QUESTION..
I had a fringe last summer and I loved it (even though it was slightly wonky and puffy) but I had to get rid of it for my drama school auditions. Now I've got such a craving to have one cut again.. However! Maybe I'm just bored and will regret it as soon as I do it.. What do you think? Yay or nay?
